Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested.
From 6 month onwards start semi solid food fruit and vegetable puriee,mash,cerelac,porridges are suggested but check suitability of every new food item.
Use ghee,unsalted butter avoid oil,sugar,salt,honey in baby foods until one year.
