when can I start cow milk and normal mashed pureed food to my baby?

A. Avoid cow milk 6th month started Mashed food

A. usually cow milk is avoided before completion of one year of age because before that it can cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constipation or loose motion or colic pain. but if you have given cow milk earlier and it did not cause any digestion problem then you can continue to give it to the child otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth. complementary feeding that is outside food is started only after completion of 6 months of age of the child

A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding. Cow milk should be given only after one year completion. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care
