AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom No not now.. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months as it is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby. Cerelac to be introduced once baby completes six months.
