shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You can start giving solids and water only after baby turned six months old. Till the time you should continue with breast milk and if breast milk is not sufficient for baby then the best alternative of breast milk is formula milk. So there is no need to give anything else to your baby. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
