when baby starts to talk?! my baby not even paying attention to talking while I am trying him to talk.

Speech is very important milestone every parent wait for it desperately, At age of 1 year child talks 3 to 5 meaningful words,and 3 years baby started framing sentence, If not so must consult physically with ent specialist for hearing assessment and neurologist for neurodevelopment.
