You can begin with soft and mashed foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée.
Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed baby.
You can give few sips of water in between and after meals.
