ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mum gripe water are unnecessary & dangerous. They can introduce infection in the baby. Some of these also contain alcohol or opium like substances. breastmilk is easily digestible burp baby after every feed and give tummy time
