Q.

whats the recommanded duration for tummy time and how many times v can do in a day to give som relief from reflux n gas issues .pls suggest

A. you need to give tummy time for about 5 to 10 minutes gases causes discomfort to the baby for that you can give colimax drops if required and relieve the gases by giving proper burping and tummy time after every feed, cyclic motion of legs also help . .
