Hello ma’am It is mostly extreme ear pain sometimes you will feel that your child is keeping its hand over there all the time just trying to get rid of it apart from that you may sometimes the liquid out of your child’s ear so these are the basic signs of an ear infection so it would be best for you to consult an ENT specialist
