Q.

What you should do if your right nipple pores are stuck and no supply of milk and your breast nerves pains a lot.

A. probably you are suffering from some blocked lactiferous ducts as it may leads to engorged breast which us a quite painful condition so yiu csn try hot fomentation to release thus if not improved then its better to consult with your treating gynecologist about this problem of yours

A. To improve breast milk u need to make sure u are taking fenugreek seeds and also u are taking garlic in it diet Take roasted makhana that is good and Himalaya shatavari with milk will be helpful Make sure u r well hydrated
