avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.

Health drinks like pediasure, junior horlicks, bournvita are not recommended for the babies below two years.
Also avoid giving these as these are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies
