what type of ingredients can we include..in my daughter's diet for her healthy weight gain??in fruits??

A. dear mom include good protiens for appropriate growth also try to give a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits milkshakes lassi mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee paneer or egg paratha

A. good morning I would recommend you try to incorporate all kinds of seasonal fruits in the everyday diet of the child including banana for carbohydrate you can try to give oranges and mausami for multivitamin try to give papaya for immunity
