Q.

what type of fruits and vegetables we should start after 6 month of age and in which form... means raw or cooked?

A. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) , offer in cooked and in pureed form, but don't cook banana n avocado. also give Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
