Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now. Now the babies can digest everything as the adults can. Give seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
