include galactagogue like 1 tsp methi seeds with a glass of water, 1 tsp shatavari powder with a glass of water or 1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water - avoid for thyroid.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours, amd regularize your meal timings.
avoid outside, processed and junk foods.

Eat three servings of vegetables, including dark green and yellow vegetables per day. Eat two servings of fruit per day. Include whole grains such as whole wheat breads, pasta, cereal and oatmeal in your daily diet.
