Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.
Nuts are also a great source of iron, amongst other nutrients. Grind them into porridge or cereal or milk, or chop them into small pieces for your toddler.
