what type of food can I start for my baby and how many times in a day?

A. Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months.. after 6 month. Starts with liquid diet like Moong Daal paani or rice kangi, fruit and vegetable puree, semi solid like cerelac, khichdi, oats..

A. food to start after baby complete six months as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a at first with one spoon then after 3 to 4 days two spoons then after 3 to 4 days three spoons in similar way once a day and two times a day and three times a day
