A. Dear parent, for your 2 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give all family foods to your baby the way you prepare at your home. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

A. Pizza, Pasta, Burger, French fries, Noodles, Momos, Spring rolls, there are a lot of easy foods available that you should avoid. Do some hard work, its real time to show some cooking talent, feed him with milk in the morning then with an egg omelet or paneer paratha, then some fresh fruits. give few pieces of dry fruits. in noon make some rice or any thing with sooji with lots of vegetables or Poha. in evening give some boiled beans, chana, etc or raw paneer, in dinner give khichdi or dalia. at bed time give a glass of milk. if you can do this then thanks me later
