tummy time means laying baby flat on its tummy. It should be done one hour after feeding. Baby should not be hungry or baby should not be a tummy full. Tummy time should be done for about one minutes from the day one of baby born. be very careful while doing it initially.it helps in reducing gas problem and strengthening the neck and muscles.If baby cries while doing tummy time initially please take baby back and make it calm. Do not forcibly do it.If baby enjoys then you can do it.Write Your Answer Here
