Generally, at 6 months old, babies are ready to begin trying pureed fruits and vegetables. You can try introducing one food at a time and wait a few days in between each new food to watch for any signs of allergies or tummy troubles. As for fruit feeders, they can be a helpful tool for exploring new textures and flavors, but make sure to choose softer fruits that are appropriate for your baby's age and development. Keep up the good work and have fun watching your baby discover new foods!
