Drooling.Swollen, bulging gums, visible white below the gums, Irritability, trouble sleeping,trying to bite, chew on everything are commonly seen symptoms. massage gums with clean finger, cold cloth. give teether. freeze carrot sticks and give them to baby to chew on . avoid any medications unless prescribed by your paediatrician.
