ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 11 month old in case the temperature of the child is more than 100 degree fahrenheit give oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging with wet cloth make sure that the child is well hydrated with plenty of oral fluids monitor the urine output and activity of the child
