Actually this is the right age for you to introduce family foods to the child and I would suggest you to the salt and spices like if proper food to the child that would be helpful because with flavours that you give to the child it will develop an interest in the child suggesting this because I’ve done the same from the age of seven months as per doctors advice and never faced a problem
