Hello mom weaning foods can be introduced from the age of 5 month onwards , you can give them initially liquid consistency foods , such as dal or rice water or fresh fruit juice or vegetable soup , as baby gets used to it you can gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods such as porridge , steamed vegetables , fruits etc
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. As soon as a child completes the time of six months you would be free to give all kind of semisolid food to the child as that is the right age for you to introduce it to the child and also you can introduce good amount of water as well at the same time
