if you are still breast feeding then feed frequently as breast milk gives hydration, nutrition and comfort to child.
avoid top milk and bottle feeding
initially give curd and buttermilk curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup, without chilka dal rice
avoid high fibre foods until digestion improve
for hydration keep feeding ors after every stool and can give coconut water
use Clean safe water for preparation of food
maintain proper hygiene hand wash with soap
