Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetablee milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..let baby suck..automatically breast will produce milk..of you feel nipple is blocked..try doing hot compress. in case the issue is not resolved please consult with your doctor. happy parenting
