Hello parents Its very common in this age group No need to worry Just maintain good oral hygiene Clean gums teeth and tongue with baby brush and tongue cleaner. Give plenty of water after every food items. Apply candid mouth paint twice a day for 5 days If still problem persist then Visit ur nearest pediatrician

Deesha MankadMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. Mouth Sores are painful and take time to heal. Home remedies like feeding curd, applying honey, soft meals may help ease pain. On counter oral gels as prescribed by a Doctor can be opted too. Mouth sores generally stay for two to three days and then start healing. Cleaning tongue with cold clean handkerchief is also advisable.
