A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 AM-fruit bowl with dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-lunch 4 PM-fruit juice or vegetable soup 7 PM-dinner. Before sleeping – a glass of luke warm milk with a pinch of turmeric to eat. With this you can also include buttermilk a Badam milk, coconut water. Always give home-made food which is best for the kids to keep them healthy. Also expose your baby to sunlight for about half an hour in a day.
