What to do in the case of Very High Fever 104-105 degree and Shivering, Headache, Full Body Pain ? Normal Paracetamol 650 doesn't work

A. for your kid pcm 650 mg is over dose. make sure to calculate according to his body weight. doing tepid sponging to bring down high temp give him more liquids n consult your doctor
