Q.

What to do if the child is not sleeping properly during night? My child is 2 yr old, most of the day he sleeps at 1 am

A. can be so. good sleep is a must for baby brain development . You can ensure baby should be fed well at bedtime and also temperature should be comfortable around the baby . Make baby wear comfortable clothes while sleeping and can rock pat or sing a lullaby for the baby .
