what to do if a child is not having good amount of water because of winter season and so getting constipated every other day. suggest some solutions except giving constipation medicine what can be done to cure constipation.

A. give fiber rich food and other fluids like soups, fruit juice, coconut water.. etc.. Have your child regularly drink warm water between meals. It makes the digestive tract stronger.
