Q.

what tablet to take for vitamin c substitute along with iron tablet. I am using livogen xt for iron ..I heard that iron will be absorbed when it is taken with vitamin c.

A. there is no need to take vitamin c tablet. iron absorption will be better if taken half an hour before food, have citrus fruits , lemon in diet, to maintain vitamin c

A. you should consult your doctor for any of the medication without medication you should not take any medicine
