Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.bf
if fever is there paracetavmol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Dabur Honitus is a very good medicine you can go ahead with it because it is completely Ayurvedic medicine you can give it about 3ML to your child twice a day for three days and apart from that if you want you can also nebulise your child it is also going to hell
