Mam though I am not an experienced parent but have had been around 3 kids, growth is something related genes but for health do offer them boiled veggies introduce all seasonal fruits. my baby is too fussy and I am really trying hard to get her introduce with all kinds of fruits and vegetables

Hello Mom, Offer cereals and whole grains health mix, Offer seasonal fruits and vegetables, ghee, dals, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, lean meat, fish it helps to improve your babys weight.
