what steps should be taken to motivate 4 year old boy to shift his habit of eating powdered food to chewable food.. he is eating food in powdered form since he was 1 year old.. now I think he forgotten how to chew food

A. Hello mom it’s high time to get him out of this habit .. and this should have been followed from the time he had developed teeth. So now you have to get firm , teach him in play way Method on using your teeth ..give him finger foods and also try to have meals together whenever possible they learn a lot through even observing

A. Babies develop at different stages, so there is no right or wrong when it comes to starting finger foods. If your baby shows signs of readiness, such as grabbing your food or getting hungry soon after finishing purees, consider giving finger foods a try, especially softer options such as ripe avocado or banana!
