Q.

what should we given to our children for weight gain and growth development ?? pls consult a diet chart.

A. Hello! Start your child's day with a wholesome breakfast - eggs on toast, followed by mid meal - fruit, for lunch - paneer paratha, snacks - milk or porridge dinner - dal rice with sabji and give nuts along with milk foras bedtime meal.

A. Hi mom. Give all that you cook for your family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight
