Basic things that you start with is going to include Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds and you can give Khichdi and porridge food items that you can prepare out of ragi and Suji and lots of water and you can also give Paneer cheese and curd buttermilk and coconut water in the diet
