For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed.

to gain strength in legs for standing and walking, massage her legs in rice water during bathing time.
before you cook, you wash the rice right... after washing the rice that water is called rice water. use this water to massage her legs.
