From the age of nine months onwards we recommended to give the same breakfast lunch and dinner to the child whatever is been prepared at home for your whole family and when you talk about giving snacks to the child it is also going to be the same that you eat or if you’re looking for recipes and follow recipes on wheel planner section on the app
