Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by gifving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multdivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

U Should give proper calcium and iron supplement of the child also I’m just going to tell you that a lot of time these things can we do to fungal infection also in the scars of the hair fall is much then you should definitely get a check with your doctor to have better clarity on that
