What should be the quantity(scoops) of nan formula for a 4 month old baby ( he is underweight ) ? How much time should I time?

Can easily have around 120 ML of milk in this age so you should take about 120 ML of water and four scoops of milk Flat scoops of milk everything is mentioned on the packet itself so you can go through that and you can make the milk according to the need of your child
