Hi the ideal body weight of 11 years old girl should be 30-35 kgs..The age is near to puberty so you should give a healthy and balanced diet ,Include lots of green leafy vegetables in her diet..Also include fruits ,milk and milk products...and encourage exercise for 30-40 minutes everyday.
