Q.
what should be the ideal weight for baby at 28 weeks pregnancy.? Mine weighted 1.18 kg. I have no other medical issues.

take sunbathing daily
take supplements as suggested by your doctor
take nutritious diet as per season
avoid packaged and processed food, bakery and maida items
