A. Helo A 6 months old can be given solid food along with breastfeeding As the solid food will be introduced for the first time give it twice a day n that to 3-4 tsp at the start Slowly as the child will be able to Digest the food u can increase the frequency and quantity Ideally feed every 3 hrly or best is to feed on demand this way even child will be able to recognise hunger

A. Good evening mommy, Feeding. Give your child something to eat or drink about every 2 to 3 hours, or about 5 or 6 times a day. This will give your child about 3 meals and 2 to 3 snacks every day. take care
