what should be the duration of breat feed? and how much top up milk should be given to 4 week old baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as when exclusively breast feeding it gets difficult to measure the quantity and quality of the feed so feed on demand . Have a good meal before baby feed and that will ensure a filling breast which you feel heavy and as the baby takes it you feel lightning so that indicates that he has had well enough and then inbetween you can if required take formula milk
