Dear mum, for one and half year old baby girl, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.

you can give all regular food to your child you generally made for your other family members
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
