what should be the diet plan for a month pregnant lady?

A. hello dear good afternoon you can keep your diet rich in minerals vitamins and proteins by having all coloured fruits and vegetables by having proteins and it try to eat always a healthy food try consuming breakfast lunch and dinner all three major meals and in between also snack meals that should be the healthy form

A. Hi dear good morning.. first -3 months of pregnancy is very delicate and important.. so you need to eat healthy and fresh vegetables and fruits need to avoid outside junk food and oily food.. more protein and milk is allowed..
