Q.

What should be the diet for my child? She takes 3 meals, 210 ml of milk twice and takes light snacks sometimes like biscuits, juices and fruits before lunch and dinner. Am I feeling the child enough?

A. Hello dear parent, you can give almost everything to eat as you prepare for your family members. Get her in routine of eating as everyone in the family does. If the child is active and achieving milestones then is absolutely fine.
