A. Dear parent, for 3 years old kid, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give pulses, legumes. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
