what should be regular diet plan for balanced diet..thanks

A. all season fruits, rice dal roti.etc.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. Hello mom Now your baby is six years old so whatever you are taking in your diet you have to give that means to your baby. You don’t have to cook anything separately. And try to add everything in babies regular diet plan like green vegetables, cereals, Chapati, rice, fruits, egg, oats. Try to give everything to your baby
